XML::Compile can be used to translate a Perl data-structure into
XML or XML into a Perl data-structure, both directions under rigid
control by a schema
A good starting-point is method compile(), called on a

- A list of all diagnostics which can be produced by this module. Often
useful to determine which method is complaining about a mistake.
