Run a SOAP server

The WSDL file contains all procedures, so it is simple to create a processor for each of them.

This component is still under development. It will be Net::Server based, and handles SOAP1.1 and SOAP1.2 messages. The only thing you have to do, is adding callbacks to handle incoming requests.
